A SHE Representative Workshop is a short, accredited training program that equips workplace health and safety representatives with the legal knowledge, inspection skills, and hazard‑identification tools required to fulfill their duties under occupational health and safety laws. Most workshops run for 2 days, cover legislation, inspections, incident reporting, and risk assessments, and are mandatory for organizations that appoint SHE reps.
