Welcome to Ocean Bird Foundation International (OBFI) — a Zimbabwean registered civil society organization dedicated to advocacy, education, health, and humanitarian efforts.

Who We Are

OBFI is not an academic school. We are a registered training organisation (RTO) and an independent certification body. Our focus is on practical, skills-based training and professional certification, rather than traditional academic pathways.

Importantly, OBFI is a trading name of Safehands Healthcare International (Pvt) Ltd, a legally registered entity under the Deeds Registries Act [Chapter 20:05] of Zimbabwe. This legal foundation ensures that our operations are both compliant and credible.
