3-Day Refund Policy for Online Courses
🕒 Eligibility Window
Participants are eligible to request a full refund(less 10%) within 3 calendar days of course purchase or enrollment, provided they have not accessed the course content.
📋 Refund Request Procedure
To initiate a refund:
- Submit a written request via email to admin@oceanbirdacademy.co.zw within the 3-day window.
- Include your full name, course title, pop, date of purchase, and reason for refund.
- Our team will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and process eligible refunds within 5 business days.
❌ Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted if:
- More than 10% of the course has been accessed or completed.
- The refund request is made after the 3-day period.
- The course was purchased as part of a bundle or promotional offer marked non-refundable.
💬 Discretion Clause
Ocean Bird Foundation International reserves the right to evaluate exceptions on a case-by-case basis, especially in circumstances of technical issues or extenuating situations.
