The Ocean Bird Standards Framework (OBSF) is a customized classification system developed by Ocean Bird Foundation International to define and structure its qualifications. Inspired by global benchmarks such as the UK RQF, UNESCO TVET, and SAIOSH CPD, OBSF ensures clarity, consistency, and credibility across all programs while preserving institutional independence.
