Designed in alignment with national standards and civic values, the program includes:
- Professional Hearse Driving Techniques Defensive driving, convoy coordination, and respectful navigation
- Ceremonial Logistics & Protocols Procession etiquette, cultural sensitivity, and coordination with funeral teams
- Vehicle Maintenance & Presentation Hearse upkeep, interior preparation, and dignified presentation
- Communication & Family Support Skills Empathetic engagement, discretion, and professionalism
