We are thrilled to announce the launch of the Customer Care Excellence Awards, an initiative by Ocean Bird Foundation International (OBFI) to recognize and celebrate outstanding customer service in the pharmacy sector.

Nomination Period: 25 September 2024 – 25 October 2024

We invite you to nominate local pharmacies that have demonstrated exceptional dedication to customer care and have gone above and beyond to meet the needs of their customers. This is your opportunity to highlight those who have made a significant impact through their commitment to excellence in customer service.

• Green Pharmacy Award: Recognizes pharmacies that implement environmentally friendly practices and promote sustainability in their operations.
• Sustainable Innovation: Honors pharmacies that introduce innovative solutions and practices that enhance sustainability and efficiency in the pharmacy sector.
• Staff Training and Development: Celebrates pharmacies that invest in the continuous training and development of their staff, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
• Leadership in Pharmacy: Recognizes pharmacies that demonstrate strong leadership, setting an example for others in the industry through their practices and achievements.
• Digital Transformation Award: Honors pharmacies that have successfully integrated digital technologies to improve their services and customer experience.
• Innovation in Pharmacy Practice: Celebrates pharmacies that introduce new and effective practices in pharmacy operations, enhancing service delivery and patient care.
