Ocean Bird Foundation International (OBFI) is registered under entity number MA0000296/2018, while Safehands International Healthcare Training (Pvt) Ltd is registered under entity number 44670A0152025 with the Companies Office of Zimbabwe, governed by the Companies and Other Business Entities Act (Chapter 24:31). The official Certificate of Incorporation is endorsed by the Chief Registrar of Companies, confirming full legal compliance.

STRUCTURE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Under this agreement:

• OBFI remains the recognized name for training, preserving its brand identity.
• Safehands International Healthcare Training (Pvt) Ltd serves as the legally registered entity handling corporate governance, compliance, and administrative operations.
• OBFI retains full rights to its existing affiliations and accreditations while conducting training under Safehands’ legal framework.
• All contractual agreements, institutional commitments, and certifications issued under OBFI remain in force without disruption.
