As part of our commitment to operational excellence and enhanced efficiency, Ocean Bird Foundation International (OBFI) (Registration No: MA0000296/2018) continues to serve as a recognized provider of healthcare training. To align with evolving structural and regulatory requirements, all training activities shall now operate under the legal registration of Safehands International Healthcare Training (Pvt) Ltd (Entity No: 44670A0152025).

This framework ensures seamless continuity in service delivery, with OBFI maintaining its established identity as the official trading name, while Safehands International Healthcare Training (Pvt) Ltd serves as the legally registered entity for administrative and compliance purposes.

Safehands International Healthcare Training (Pvt) Ltd is duly registered with the Companies Office of Zimbabwe, under the provisions of the Companies and Other Business Entities Act (Chapter 24:31). The official Certificate of Incorporation, bearing the seal of the Chief Registrar of Companies, confirms its legal recognition, with verification accessible through the official government portal www.cipz.pfms.gov.zw via the embedded QR security feature.

Additionally, all existing accreditations and professional memberships remain valid, ensuring continued alignment with internationally recognized standards. The South African Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (SAIOSH) remains the principal body for course verification, reinforcing our commitment to excellence. Furthermore, affiliations with the British Safety Council (BritSafe), Association for Healthcare Trainers (UK), and other esteemed institutions continue to uphold our dedication to superior training programs and professional development.

All institutional commitments, contractual obligations, and service agreements previously undertaken under OBFI remain unchanged. This structured approach ensures stability, reliability, and adherence to best practices, reinforcing our continued mission to provide high-quality healthcare education and training.
